INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
Initially a Yoga Therapy practice to suit your own specific needs will be worked out with you.
You are advised to have at least two follow-ups – the first within a week to make any necessary adjustments to the practice.
The second follow up may be a few weeks later to check on progress and again make any adjustments required.

1 ½ hours for first session and 1 hour each for following sessions
