WORKSHOP – UNWIND TENSION IN BODY & MIND

The New Year brings new beginnings and fresh inspiration for us in our Yoga practice and in our lives. Spend a little time being present with the needs of your body, quietening the mind and focusing on enjoying subtle dynamic flowing movements to get your body moving, open up the joints and unwind tension in body and mind. Breathing practices activate the parasympathetic nervous system associated with Rest & Digest and feelings of well-being. Meditation leads us inward to reconnect with our natural state of Peace and Joy. True health is often defined as a dynamic state of well-being. So let's welcome the state of Well-being with the upliftment and support that comes with the practices of Yoga - that state where we feel all is well in our world –  

When: Come along on Tuesday 10th January 10.30 am – 12.30 pm
Time: At 10.30 am – 12.30 pm
Where: The Elysian Holistic Centre 66 Clark St in Neutral Bay. This is a lovely airy and clean studio venue just off the beaten track of Kurraba Rd.
Cost: $40.00 or $35.00 early bird when paid before Friday 6th January 2023.
Afterwards: there are two cafes very close to the venue where those who wish to may stop for a chance to catch up for coffee or lunch.
