EASY YOGA CLASSES
Easy Yoga classes are designed for a wide range of ages and health conditions. Classes are designed with participating students in mind, to suit all body types.
I incorporate Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy into my teaching, for a broader perspective to Yoga and Meditation.
Easy Yoga classes are for beginners to intermediate. Whether you're returning to yoga, if you've noticed a general stiffness and wish to remain more flexible as the years pass or have a specific concern you wish to address, our classes can help.
Patricia is an experienced teacher and modifies all postures to suit the students in the class. She specialises in Yoga Therapy and completed a three year postgraduate training in Australia and India in 2013.
Patricia has been teaching yoga full-time since 1991 and gained a Graduate Diploma in Counselling in 1993. She is also qualified in Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology and Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga.
Active in supporting the application of the principles of Yoga in Yoga Therapy Patricia is currently Vice President of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists(AAYT). She is also past president of the International Yoga Teachers Association IYTA)
Patricia believes no special skills are needed to start Yoga. You do not need to be especially flexible and you will soon experience the benefits for yourself. With sustained practice, you may experience enrichment in all areas of your life.
